the Client:
TechSale is an online technology store focused on laptops, computers, PC components, and related products.
When we started the project, there was no existing eCommerce platform. We built the complete online store from the ground up using custom e-commerce development ,, including the customer-facing website, shopping cart, product management, inventory system, order management, invoicing, payment tracking, PC Builder, and custom requirement system.
The objective was to create more than a product catalog — we built a complete eCommerce ecosystem for selling and managing technology products online.
TechSale required more than a standard online store. We developed a custom e-commerce platform around its product catalog, inventory workflows, order management, payment tracking and custom PC-building requirements.
The project demonstrates how custom e-commerce development can be used when standard storefront functionality is not enough for a business's operational requirements.

Building the platform required solving several business and technical challenges:
Building From Zero
There was no existing eCommerce platform or digital infrastructure to work with. The complete website architecture, database structure, product system, cart, checkout, admin functionality, and business workflows had to be developed from scratch as a custom web application .
Complex Technology Products
Laptops and computer components contain detailed specifications and can have multiple configurations. The platform needed to support structured product information, multiple images, and different variants without creating a confusing shopping experience.
Inventory Management
Technology products can change rapidly in availability. The system needed to provide better control over stock levels and product inventory.
Order & Payment Management
The business needed to track every order from creation to fulfillment, including payment status, COD orders, invoices, and order details.
Custom PC Building
Customers needed the ability to specify and build PC configurations according to their requirements. This required custom e-commerce functionality and business logic beyond standard eCommerce functionality.
